The meeting was called to order at 6:30 by Martin Haspel-Vice Chair.

Old Business
1. The wording for the revision to the Town By-laws for animal control regarding barking dogs were reviewed and approved by the committee. The changes will be given to the Town Clerk to include in the Town Warrant by Marty Haspel.
2. The request by Marty Haspel to the Board of Selectmen to give authority to the Board to change the use of town beach property was rejected by the selectmen.
3. Marty provided info on the importance of aerobic exercise for Dogs and explained the rationale.
4. Based on the decision by the Board Marty will not pursue a change on the requirement to have dogs off lead at Dyer Prince Beach.
New Business
1. Issues regarding Wiley Park should be pursued by the EDOA not the advisory committee.
2. Marty Haspel will talk to the Town Administrator about requiring permits for dogs to use
Wiley Park.
Other Business
Eric Stone submitted his resignation from the board.
